Wash and Lube Time

I having been using Wash and Lube for several years and have always been happy on how I have been treated. They don’t try to up-​sell me on things I don’t need, they keep me informed on recommended services and always do their job in a timely and professional manner.

I use Wash and Lube Time to change the oil on my company truck as well as my personal vehicle. They’re people you can trust to get the job right the first time, thanks guys!

I just went to Wash and Lube Time for the first time and had to come to Unilocal to leave a review because I was so pleased. Both men that helped me (one of which I believe to be the owner, but unfortunately didn’t think to catch the name of either) were both very positive, friendly, patient, and honest.
As I was sitting waiting for my car to be done, one of the men working came in and told a man waiting, «You have about 800 miles to go before you need an oil change. I don’t want to waste your money» and the guy who owned the car explained that he actually did need one for one reason or another. Nice change to see some honesty. They didn’t hassle me for anything either. Very, very friendly and relaxed environment.
Oil change comes with a free vacuum (and they actually vacuumed, unlike Jiffy Lube who seems to only vacuum the driver seat) and free car wash. Cool deal.

My first experience there with Ron was top notch. I went back to have my snow tires changed over, and ended up with in a verbal confrontation with one of the employees after he was incredibly rude to me past my breaking point.
I can’t believe how poorly I was treated by a business that seemed eager for me to return. I’ll never go back now. Just go to Robberson down the road, it’s cheaper than the price the rude guy quoted me ($ 20 more than I paid the last time).

I Needed to get an oil change. I’m used to full service stations. I have tried other «Full service» stations in town and have been let down. I went in with low expectations.
Let me just save you some time. Wash and lube time was amazing! Honest and they even had a place to sit and hangout in their lobby. Their location is awesome. They met my high expectations! They listened to my concerns and addressed them. If you are a woman you gotta know how wonderful
That feels. They actually topped off my fluids, aired my tires up (which were at 22% low, other places told me they were fine. I could feel the difference!) I even asked about my transmission fluid and if they would advise a change. The gentleman that was at the counter, went out, and checked, showed me the transmission fluids and said «Though I would like to make a buck, I’m going to be honest, you don’t need a change yet.»
Another concern was that I need to restore the finish on my headlights. The gentleman working on my car said he would wait. Basically because it wasn’t warm enough for the solution to solidify.
When we left, we got a free car wash (see their page for printable coupons) and they even hand dried our car.
We all left with ear to ear grins. We felt taken care of and boy did my car drive better after getting those tires aired up. I feel confident that you will like your experience at Wash and lube time. If not, I’ll eat my hat.

Wash and Lube Time has a great car wash yes, and the oil change is great. A lot of people don’t yet know that the owner has expanded into selling and mounting tires. I have a newer Toyota 4runner and before checking with W&LT I got a quote from the 2 big tire places in Bend and then went to Ron. He was 100 dollars less expensive and with some nice Cooper tires that are made in the USA, great tire. Mounted and balanced. I was really impressed, I would recommend you check them out before dropping your money at the other places. Same warranty, same guarantees, great tires.

Wash and Lube Time has been taking care of our fleet of vehicles for several years. It is so nice to not have to worry about them! They’ve gone above and beyond several times. Recently, I had about an hours notice that one of our stockholders was coming to town and wanted the «tour» of Bend. My car was a pigsty and within the hour they had it sparkling. So grateful!
Also, the recently just started selling tires and their prices can’t be beat.

This is for the automated car wash. I’ve never used the lube center or the coin-​op portion of the car wash.
Been here a few times for the wash & rinse quickie. Standard pull up, deposit your money — cash or credit card (Visa & MasterCard only) — select your wash selection and proceed into the bay until told to stop.
It’s one of those move around your car wash systems where you are parked and it goes back and forth with the pre-​wash, wash, rinse, wax and air dry.
Most expensive is $ 10 with all the options. I use the $ 8 one. Cheapest is $ 5 or $ 6, I believe. I like the wheel wash, undercarriage spray and wax options.
The blow dryer is mediocre at best and probably the weakest link in this place. If you are super finicky about your car, this will be the biggest disappointment and you should probably bring a few towels to finish it off.
As for the effectiveness of the washing itself, well… that depends on how bad your grime is, doesn’t it? I’d say for most cars that get washed on a regular basis and have a coat of wax, this place does fine. But if you’ve got caked on, baked on bugs, road tar and mud… I’m sure you are going to be disappointed.
This isn’t my first choice for car washing, but it certainly isn’t bad. I prefer the ones where there are people to interact with and they do a pre-​scrub and you roll thru rather than have the machine work around your vehicle. I just think it’s more thorough. But for convenience, this place is competitively priced and on my list for the quick in and out, git ‘er done car wash chore.
