Trigger Happy Guns

Just bought my second gun and he has a good selection. I’m going to buy my third. The guys down there know what they’re doing and he will bargain. You just have to ask the price you want and he tries to make a deal. I would recommend going there

I recently placed an online order from Trigger Happy Guns. I sent them a money order on a Monday morning from one state away, which means they should’ve received it Wednesday, possibly even as early as Tuesday. When I inquired for an update the following Monday, a week later, I was told they received payment, would ship it out the next morning, Tuesday, and would send me the tracking number as soon as it had shipped. They did send it out Tuesday but waited to email the tracking number until Friday, after the item had already arrived. This isn’t all that bad but if you want an item quickly know that it might not happen as quickly as you’d like.
My real gripe, however, is that they failed to disclose that the mags are those useless California compliant 10 round mags instead of the 17 round mags that come standard. In hindsight, if I had known this I probably wouldn’t have bought it since the 17 rounds mags are not as easy to find. So now I have five 10 round mags and I want the 17 round mags… Needless to say this would’ve been really nice to know. Seems to me that they either knew it and didn’t disclose it or they decided not to take literally 60 seconds to learn how many rounds the mags could hold. Either way, it sounds like deception or incompetence. Not sure which is better. Should I have asked? Sure. Should they have disclosed this? I say yes. Could it have just been a little bit of lazy oversight? Certainly. But what that tells me is they’re lazy, not detail oriented, and probably not worth my business.
I contacted the company to ask if they had any 17 round mags that I could exchange for. I assumed and expected they would just say no, sorry, but I am yet to receive a response.
I’ll be avoiding them in the future and I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Absolutely the worst gun shop! They are way over priced and overcharged me about 300 dollars. Not to mention they never explained their return policy when I first purchased an AR 15 from them. Oh did I mention it almost blew up in my face when I tried to shoot it? I took it to a gun smith who said I was lucky i didn’t get injured. They piece together guns that look «cool» without regard to quality and then rack up the price.
They would not give me my money back and threatened me with legal action because i disputed the charges. I am an upstanding citizen and I feel like I have been cheated and robed and I am completely not satisfied. Buy at your own risk. They are salesmen only and not gun experts. I learned my lesson. I have reported them to the better business Bureau because of the service I received and the quality of product which completely sucked.
Avoid this shop for your own safety. The dude even raised his voice with me and threatened me. This shop needs to sink.
