I’m an all scratch baker who loves to create elegant to the funky desserts for any occasion. Cupcakes to Wedding cakes, Pies to Cheesecakes if your are having an event/party and need good eats call me.
History
Established in 2008.
In 2008 I was looking for a ways to mix my passion for food especially desserts, my creativity, and a job together as one. I found that creating wedding cakes, all occasion specialty cakes and various other desserts would do just that. So with the help of my husband I started Topping The Cake.

I was a little girl who grew up in the kitchen cooking and baking with her grandmothers, they helped me develop my passion for working with food. As I grew older I would work at summer camps in their kitchens feeding the masses three times daily. Later on I would take some culinary classes at Shasta Community College while working at Redding Medical Center in CA under Chef Pat Ryan. I married my husband Beau and moved to Bend in 1999 a couple of years later after my first son was born I went to work for Chef Vern Liebelt of Robbie J’s Bistro as his dessert and pastry gal. In 2008 I decided to put my passion and talents in the kitchen to work and started making wedding cakes, all occasion specialty cakes, and various other desserts (cookies, pies, cheesecakes ect.)
