Through a consultative approach, The Signal Spot will assist you in choosing the right providers for your needs and budget, communicate with the chosen provider (s) to process your orders for you, setup installs and in most cases we perform the install ourselves to provide the best quality job for our customers. History

Established in 2007.

Owner, Michael Marshall has extensive experience working for various Internet and cellular phone companies. In 2007 Michael saw a need in the market when he began offering free consulting to local residents and business of Central Oregon. He started The Signal Spot to advocate for the customers in the confusing and daunting process of choosing a service provider.

After launching a call center in 2008, The Signal Spot quickly became one of the top recognized service retailers nationwide and employed several hundred residents of Central Oregon. After three very successful years the call center was forced to close when a major provider offered by The Signal Spot felt the hit of the recession and instantly terminated every retailer nationwide.

The Signal Spot is now rebuilding and diversifying with more service providers and money saving options for their customers. Their retail locations are recognized for superior customer service in their unique approach of service consulting.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael M.

Business Owner

Young entrepreneur, Michael Marshall moved to Sisters, Oregon in 1999 to wrap up his high school career. After attending Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri he returned to Bend and began managing local US Cellular retail stores and satellite television retailers. In 2005 Michael was recruited to a new Internet company, Clearwire where he started to see his experiences in television, Internet and phone services vastly grow, greatly benefiting the customers. With this realization Michael started Quick Tech, an outside sales organization offering various service providers to residents of OR, WA, CA and ID. In 2008 Michael launched a call center and began offering these services nationwide. In 2011 he started Ucentric Credit Solutions, a consumer centric debt buying and recovery company. Michael is now moving forward with The Signal Spot where he offers a free consulting service assisting customers in their home service needs.
