Joel K.

Business Owner

Joel Kent, a shareholder of Stahancyk, Kent & Hook, received his BA in economics from the University of Puget Sound and J.D. from Seattle University. He has successfully represented numerous clients throughout the State of Oregon in, property disputes, custody disputes, support modifications and divorces, involving business interests and issues of business valuation. In 1998 Joel founded the Central Oregon office of SK&H, located in Bend. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Inns of Court, Deschutes County Bar, Central Oregon Matrimonial Attorneys and Deschutes County Family Law Advisory Committee. He is currently an Executive Board Member of the Sparrow Club and coaches the Rimrock Volleyball Club. Joel was recognized as the 2006 — 2007 Central Oregon Legal Professionals Boss of the Year, received the Cascade Business News Accomplished Under 40 Award in 2007 and has been included in the list of Oregon SuperLawyers from 2006 — 2013.
