I had Ultherapy then went back for a little Botox and fillers. I am 62 and now look 50. Gwen and Monica are very caring, listened to my concerns and recommended exactly what my face and neck needed. The best part is there was no down time with expensive surgery.

I am super happy with my results of fillers I’ve recently gotten. I can’t say the same of everywhere I’ve been. Rebecca Nonwieler is competent and knows exactly how much to do so as to get a natural look instead of looking like you’ve had something done. Proceed with caution. If you go to this medi spa ask to know the total charges before handing over your card. Know there is a no refund policy. Do not pre pay for anything. Ask to see your file to make sure treatments you had are the same as what is being documented. And if you have an issue don’t expect it to be addressed in a timely or professional manner.

Had Botox for the first time in September and was very happy with the entire experience. Monica is very caring, professional and just a lovely person. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes her time to make sure everything is just right. I most definitely will return and would recommend.

When I called on 06÷12÷14, Monica failed to explain the no refund policy when she took my $ 1,000 deposit. Eleven days prior to the appointment when I called to cancel, Monica told me Dr. NonWeiler was the only one who could authorize a refund, but, they could not reach her. Five days before the appointment, and after days of unreturned phone calls, when it was apparent I was being blown off, I called and left a voice message confirming my appointment. After flying from Alaska, I arrived at my 07÷08÷14 appointment to learn I was not on the books. I again asked for a refund and was told only Dr. NonWeiler could authorize. I went through with the appointment on 07÷09÷14 because I was given no other alternative. I hope no one else has to endure this company’s complete lack of customer service. It was a nightmare.
