History

Established in 2010.

It would be an understatement to say that Matt & Grant have real estate backgrounds. The two of them were each raised by fathers in the land development industries; Grant in Santa Barbara and Matt in the greater Portland area. From an early age, the two experienced the intricacies and investment opportunities that real estate provided. After graduating from college, the two of them, independently, decided to pursue careers in real estate of their own. After working in the land development industry, they each obtained their real estate licenses and have been helping buyers and sellers in Central Oregon ever since. The two combined forces in early 2014 and have continued to strengthen the services they provide to their clients. Matt & Grant continue to grow their business and use their experience to obtain the best results for their clients.

After graduating from the University of Washington with an honors degree in Finance, Matt Robinson spent five years working as a land development professional in Central Oregon, where he worked his way up to become Vice President of a large development company with a portfolio of properties throughout the Northwest. Through this experience, he learned invaluable lessons and gained knowledge of real estate not often held by brokers in the industry.

Grant Ludwick was born and raised in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. After high school, he migrated north to the Emerald City and graduated from Seattle Pacific University, where he met his amazing wife, Amy. The two of them moved to Bend in July of 2006 and Grant began working in property development and property management before becoming a real estate broker.

In 2014, after years of friendship, the two decided to partner up in order to provide the highest level of service & expertise to their clients, and have fun doing it!
