History

Established in 1998.

We started washing windows as an offshoot of our family’s housekeeping service. Because of our great service, attention to detail and all around niceness, we were able to grow it into this family owned and operated window cleaning company.

In 2012 we officially became a husband and wife team when we incorporated as MasterPro Service Inc.

Thanks to diligent training, education and experience we have been able to include other valuable services for our clients. These include gutter cleaning and whitening, solar panel inspection and maintenance, screen repair, pressure washing and chandelier and ceiling fan cleaning and repair.

Through professional industry memberships and associations we keep up to date with the latest technology, products, equipment and techniques. This allows us to give you outstanding value in your service which is completed more safely, more thoroughly and more ecologically and economically beneficial.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael and Brittany P.

Business Owner

Michael is th founder and major operator of the company. He enjoys the outdoors and loves his clients. He treats every customer’s property as if it were his own. He won’t leave a job until the customer and he are completely satisfied.

Brittany formally joined the company in 2012. She is an excellent window cleaner and has taken on the company’s customer service.

Both Mike & Britt grew up in Bend and attended Bend Senior High. They loved living in Bend so much that they returned after a 9 year absence to raise their son at the foot of the Cascades.

They’re usually see working in tandem with one of them on each side of the glass. By cleaning as a team they ensure that every pane is sparkling clean and crystal clear for you to enjoy the amazing sunshine and natural beauty of Central Oregon.

After work, you can find them enjoying the outdoors as a family, volunteering in the community or traveling the world. They’re fluent in French and speak some Spanish, Swahili & Haitian Creole.
