We are a small animal and equine practice. Since 1986 High Desert Veterinary has been dedicated to upholding the highest standards and traditions of veterinary practice. Had a pleasant initial appointment and wanted this to be the vet for our three furry family members.
Having missed an appointment I was called to see if I would be making it, I live just a few minutes away and would have made the appointment but I was told not to worry it was not a big deal at all. Then I was billed $ 56…quite a contradiction. Their finance manager was so difficult to work with that we will not be returning with our pets. She took much longer than promised to return our call, our time is just as valuable as yours. Sad that one person in their office can ruin it for their whole clinic.

Dr. Tony Oddo and his staff at High Desert are the best you’ll ever find. Their professionalism and knowledge is surpassed only by their compassion for and love of animals. When I had to say goodbye to one of my beloved cats, Dr. Oddo did everything he could to make it a peaceful transition and to make me feel that letting go of my dear companion was an act of love. I will be forever grateful to him for that.
