History

Established in 2012.

After graduation and becoming licensed in Oregon, I spent time working out of a chiropractic office in Bend. It was a good learning experience and I learned a great deal about real-​world injury treatment and working with clients’ insurance providers.

At the end of 2012, I decided that it was time to strike out on my own and open a private clinic specifically designed to meet clients’ needs and expectations of a professional orthopedic massage clinic.

The High Desert Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork clinic is conveniently located on Bend’s West side and is quiet and comfortable. The building meets my high requirements for accessibility, with an elevator and accessible restrooms and shower room.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sage School of Massage & Healing Arts in Bend, Oregon, where I studied advanced massage and bodywork, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, hydrotherapy, myofascial restructuring, orthopedic massage, spa techniques, pregnancy massage and the clinical application of massage. I am also a Reiki Master in the Usui Healing Tradition, working with the energy centers of the body.

I am an Oregon state licensed and nationally certified Massage Therapist with a private practice at the Center for Chiropractic and Natural Healing.

I also have personal experience with and a special interest in working with clients experiencing autoimmune disorders and physical disability. My practice is accessible to people of all levels of mobility. I have experience working with people who are in wheelchairs or who cannot lay on a massage table.

Currently, I use Bön Vital’s Naturale 100% natural, paraben-​free massage lotion for my basic massage services.
