Business Owner

Travis Kokkeler, DWT’s Owner /​Instructor, has been dancing and teaching since 1995. He was originally taught and trained through the Fred Astaire System. In addition, he has also studied and achieved his Associates Dance Director Certification with High Honors. Travis has performed and competed both professionally and with students in and out of the United Stated in the 20 plus years he has been dancing. He has taken numerous professional coaching and training classes with various top-​level ballroom and tango dance coaches.

Travis teaches private lessons and group classes in Bend, Oregon with a strong focus on performing and competitive level dance instruction in all forms of partner dancing which includes; Swing, Latin, Ballroom, and Tango in both American and International styles. Travis is available for private lessons to new students and/​or wedding students on a limited basis when scheduling permits.
