Coach Masters of Bend

We brought our motorhome in for winterization, an LOF, a broken kitchen sink faucet, a non-​functioning electric hot water heater, a bad backup camera monitor, and some minor repairs. Blake was always polite and seemingly helpful. They had our RV for six weeks due partially to heavy snowfall. The minor repairs were mostly accomplished. When we finally got ready to leave, we were told that they were still waiting to hear from Moen about a part that might have been discontinued, and were not sure about the hot water heater since the RV had been winterized. We were also told when we asked that our roof looked fine. The water heater wasn’t fixed and we had it repaired on our trip. The roof needed resealing, and that had to be done, also. My wife and a friend took the faucet apart, found a small plastic piece that had broken, and fixed it within two hours with a kit from a plumbing store. The camera monitor was replaced, but «fried» again, and no one knows why after yet another replacement. Politeness and the completed services get one star, but the water heater, the broken faucet that just needed a small, plastic part, and the comment that our roof was okay have convinced us never to use their services again and we will be happy to tell our RV friends about our experience.

We had some serious issues regarding the high pressure lines for our slide out and leveling jacks. Coach Masters took care of the problem and were always willing to take the time to explain the differing aspects of the repair to us, in detail. John and Blake, their customer service reps, were fantastic. The mechanics who worked on our rig were excellent as well. The repair took quite a while, through no fault of CM, and they gave us regular updates and info along the way.
Subsequently, I have had some minor issues unrelated to the original problem and they are always willing to answer any questions I may have and try and help me fix it on my own. These guys are awesome! They run a clean shop, honor their estimates, and conduct themselves professionally. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of RV repairs — you will not be disappointed!

We have tried to have our Coach worked on there 3 times. Twice the estimate was so high I thought they were dipping all the parts in gold. We got the work done for less than half else where. The 3^rd time they were rude, slow, and just refused to get the job down. We eventually picked up our RV after 2 weeks without them having even touched it, despite conversations that told us it was being looked at «now» and would be calling us back that afternoon and never did. We were very disappointed.

Highly recommend! While on vacation our motorhome was running warmer than usual. Coach Masters got us in right away, degreased and cleaned our radiator fins and we were on our way in a couple of hours. The team was super friendly, the shop was clean and easy to get to — right off Hwy 97 and the repair bill was fair. They also gave us tips to keep our radiator clean ourselves.

We have an Onan generator that needed repair. We are full timers and need to get repaired without giving up our home. Timely service is important to us too. They are busy and booked up as the summer season is upon them, but they made an effort to get us in.
— They allowed my husband to watch what they did to our vehicle. This was extremely important to us as our motorhome is a build to order, custom vehicle. We get a little twitchy when someone has to work on it. This crew was VERY good!

Coachmasters is a great place to get an RV worked on. The guys in the office and shop are real knowledgeable and super nice. They are willing to help with questions on the phone as well as if you just stop by.
