Carpet One of Bend

It surprises me that the company advertises a «beautiful guarantee». This guarantee is even on their sign on Third Street!
We had 2 bathroom floors, living room, hall and master floored by Carpet One of Bend on February 23, 2014.
Most of our job was done very well. We liked the product, we liked the installation team. The problem is that the master bathroom was laid crooked. Not just a little bit – but very crooked. The next day the owner (Pete) said «I wouldn’t be happy with this installation either». This was the end of February 2014.
It is now the end of May 2014. We still have a crooked bathroom floor. I have called several times. I have taken my paperwork into the store to try to get action to get my floor installed correctly. I get the run-​around. The last time I went to the store, the owner would not come out of her office to speak. Instead the employee at the front desk (who didn’t know anything about my complaint) stood in the doorway between the counter and the back office and repeated the information given by the owner.
I have given up on the «beautiful guarantee». I have every reason to believe they are just hoping I will go away.
If this is the way they treat their customers, I am surprised they still have any. I will not go back.
