Carl’s Jr.

This Carl’s Jr. Is the worst restaurant in bend. I have tried it a few times within the last 6 months to see if there would be any improvement but unfortunately they lack professionalism and work ethic. The food we have received from this location has either been not what we ordered, cold, or smashed and inedible. Try not to eat at this location if possible.

My letter to corporate office:
«Good afternoon Corporate, I am very upset to comment about the appalling services that were provided to me at the Carl’s Jr. Located in Bend, OR on highway 97.
We went through a drive through at met, Theresa, who took our order at 11:01am. She was very slow already in giving us our food so we drove off without her giving us our credit card and receipt upon giving us our good. We had not noticed this until the afternoon. At 3:50pm we called MULTIPLE TIMES and no one answered. Although it was a very big in convienence to drive back, we did. I walked in at 4:02pm and saw the lady who was taking drive through orders. No aknowledgement at all until I had confronted her that my credit card was left at Carl’s jr during our initial visit. She looked dumbfounded and quickly grabbed the card which was RIGHT behind her. I’m very surprised there are no secure drawers for clients personal information. She asked me for verification of the name on the card. I gave it to her and she then gave me the card and receipt.
No apologizes.
I then asked her what should we do because this is very unprofessional that we had to drive down here to get it. With attitude, she said „what do you want me to do?“ with hand gestures. I was amazed by her lack of customer service. I asked for manager in which she said he was not here. Without her being proactive, I asked for his name. She said „Ricardo“, I then asked for her name and she said „Theresa“. Right when I walked away, she said to her co worker who was working in the back and said „Babosa“ (bitch). I walked out knowingly she called me that. Shortly, I walked back in and confronted her. She said she didn’t call me that and was simply talking to her co worker in Spanish and smirked. All awhile she was working without giving me any attention or aknowledgement that we came all the way back for her lack of job and communications skills.
I am absolutely upset with this kind of customer service. I had two customers sitting eating who said that her attitude was a joke and left shortly after seeing me very upset. I want this to be addressed immediately.

I am still waiting on a response from corporate and if I don’t hear from someone I will take all measures to make sure this is addressed.
UPDATE: Corporate manager of both Carl’s jr located in Bend contacted me and she apologized personally for her behavior and would address it with the employee. They sent me a gift card which I haven’t received yet but I’m sure I will.
