Bouncing Off the Wall

This is a great place for families and kids of all ages. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I run into..

We were in town visiting from Colorado and the weather was pretty cold and rainy. Our 2 year old needed to get out and about and burn some of her energy. What a great business idea. Huge bouncy play structures and other interactive toys to play with. Snacks and drinks for sale is a nice touch. Clean environment.

Had our 6 year old son’s bday party here and they did an amazing job. I was so impressed with the attention we got and the help. They really made it special for all the kids.

Great place to go when its rainy out! There are usually 5+ bouncy houses and a small fenced off play area for little kids. There are plenty of tables for adults to work while kids play. They also have a few snacks and coffees and wifi!
On Monday, Wednesday & Friday they have a Pre-​K time from 8am-​10am where they have toys out. My kids love that time that they can bouncy and play without very many big kids around.
Highly recommend it if you are suffering from cabin fever.

No doubt the kids have fun here but the whole place stinks, its offensive. It really smells beyond being just sweaty, dirty kids running around; it smells like it isn’t being properly sanitized and bacteria is growing, yuck.

Not great customer service from the woman. I find her cold and offputting. Prices are high and we attended a birthday here and was also not impressed with her.

Been coming for years! Best indoor place in Bend. Tons of inflatables, toys, and activities. Great place to have a kids birthday party too. Have had several here for our 2 kids ⁴⁄₇ and have been to several. Professional and friendly staff love to play along with the kids. Something for every age.

This is great place to let my son run out all of his energy. It is clean and the staff has ALWAYS been great to us, and we’ve been coming here for years. We will always be loyal customers.

We were visiting Bend and I was looking for a place to take my two year old and three month old. It was October and there was rain but no snow. I needed an indoor play area to get some energy out of my toddler. This place was perfect!
The pre-​k playtime from 10−2pm was jam packed but there was plenty of room in the huge warehouse for everyone. Lots of bounce houses, cars, toys, activity tables, bubbles, you name it! Plus a full coffee bar for the parents… I’m 100% sold.
We’ll definitely come back the next time we visit Bend.

This place seriously needs help with customer service. I used to live in Bend and would take my then 4 and under girls there. They were always a bit rude, but nothing compared to today.
I came to town for the morning and thought it would be fun to take my three (now 8 and under) girls there. I checked their website and saw that they were open and checked pricing however it does not state that from 10 – 12 it is preschool only jump time. I guess they have it somewhere on their website, but why would I be searching for it? It would seem that they would have enough common sense to place that somewhere so visitors would know that before they show up at the facility only to have you very rudely turned away. I called once we got to the car after being told that they would not allow us entrance because my pre-​schooler (even she wasn’t allowed in since she has siblings) was very upset that they told us we were not welcome. I told him that we were visiting from out of town and would only be here for the morning. I also told him (I’m sure he could have seen for himself) that my girls are not rowdy and very gentle when around younger children. Still he told me to take a hike. Such a sad business practice and highly impersonal. You would think that the owners would be kinder considering the business they operate. Sending three little girls out crying because you don’t have a heart. Sad. Bend really needs another bounce house to put it in perspective for this business.
I understand that there are preschool only hours. However when you don’t post those hours for visitors it is not acceptable. This business has permanently lost 5 more customers.

Great place to bring the kids! A little expensive, but very convenient! Lid type food is available as well as various coffee flavors. Its a bit chaotic in here, but kids seem to be having a great time without issue. The building is large and air conditioned. Noise is not bothersome, even though its packed today! Comfy couches and seating for adults too! Will definitely make a habit of this place!

Mediacrore service but kids always have a blast. Considering there is not many options for in door play its not blow your mind amazing but it hits the marks on clean & fun.

Had my sons birthday party here and it was AMAZING! Well worth the money spent. Our party host was Nick and he made sure to go the extra mile to ensure my kiddo had the best time ever!

What a great place! It looks much nicer in person than in the photos (I think it’s the warehouse lighting that makes for the poor pics). Our son went for the ‘Tween Night. His words: Wow, that was fun!

We had our daughter’s birthday party here… Didn’t like how they rush you around and push you around, having you do everything their way. After the birthday time is over they make you leave out the back door, even though they are only open for another 30 minutes and could easily let the birthday kids playing after the cake and presents are over. I feel we way overpaid for what we got. Party host was trying too hard but was totally the wrong person for the job in the first place, so all of his trying to give «good» service just made things much worse.
The birthday host did many things we weren’t comfortable with, like helping our daughter open presents and read the birthday cards… he didn’t even ask us first if we would like to do that ourselves, or if we would like to cut the cake… for all of these things they should simply ask you if you’d like to do these things instead of the party host. When reviewing our pics from the day, the party host was in MANY of the pics, in close up shots, reading the birthday cards, etc, SOMEONE we don’t know whatsoever is in most of our daughter’s brithday pics, ruining the pics…
WE CAN’T put those pics up on the wall with that party host being in the pics so prominently, right next to our daughter’s face… the exact place her parents (us) should have been in… this was actually sickening. The party host was trying too hard and doing many things we didn’t want him to do, trying to be the life of the party or something…
Overall they are definitly not providing a value for your money and trying too hard except in the ways that matter. In fact, I think no party host at all during cake and presents time would probably be preferable, but it’s all probably to make sure they get the people in and out as quickly as their time is over. lax is the complete opposite of what you will experience with them, they stress you out and the whole thing is very strict and rigid, with them in control of everything and, in trying to act «professional» the male employees come off as rude and arrogent pricks, males shouldn’t be working there in the first place, manager or otherwise, it’s not the right job for them and females could do it much better.
But really, not letting the kids continue playing after the party was over, when they only had 30 minutes until they were going to close, and only half the paid for kids even showed up… there’s no way paying $ 110 (after a $ 10 tip that we deeply regret giving them) for the cheapest package is worth it AT ALL. Instead, they push you out the back door, not even letting you leave through the main lobby.
Many parents we have talked to say they will never have a birthday party here again because of these same reasons.

I took my 3 year old daughter here while we were visiting the Bend area. What a great find! By far the BEST indoor inflatable play area we’ve ever visited. It’s clean, there’s plenty of space, the play equipment is fantastic, the staff members are helpful and professional, and there is comfortable seating available for adults. The coffee bar and snack bar are a huge plus as well. We can’t wait to visit again on our next trip to Bend.

Great way get the kids ready for a nap. Tons to do and through the summer monday-​Friday 12 – 2 is half off. Area for 3 and under and a nursery area for the real little ones. Clean location and management is kind and always watching the flow of play. They also offer a great summer camp program. I just love the nap time after a visit here.
