Meet the Business Owner

Katie A.

Business Owner

Katie brings 10 years of experience managing HOA communities of all sizes. From 1,500 units to 12 units, Katie offers a depth of knowledge in financial management and long term reserve planning. Katie’s ability to manage a complete financial package establishes a foundation that governs a HOA community; therefore allowing Board members to focus on the mission for their HOA community rather than the details of day to day operations.

Katie believes in HOA community management and knows that an experienced manager can assist a community in becoming a flourishing microcosm of a governing body. Katie has supported this belief by helping to found the Central Oregon Chapter of CAI and served as president of the council for two years.
