Business Owner

Anna Ruder has lived in Bend since 1995 and has been a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Oregon since 2002. Anna offers a wealth of experience in new construction and residential sales and marketing. In her tenure as a Realtor, Anna has worked for Palmer Homes, Woodhill Homes, and at IronHorse in Prineville for Brooks Resources and has also represented both sellers and buyers of existing homes and condominiums in Portland and Bend. A certified Sustainable Building Advisor since 2011, Anna enjoys helping homeowners understand the intricacies of energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. Anna also managed a very reputable vacation rental business in Bend for several years and offers a depth in understanding of the vacation rental market in Bend.

In her spare time, Anna pretends to be a moderately capable athlete: playing soccer, biking, hiking, running, skate skiing, camping and just getting outside as much as humanly possible.
