AgeWiseMD is located in the Old Mill District of beautiful Bend, OR. The business was founded in 2010 by Patricia Buehler, M.D., M.P.H. and Patricia Grady, L.M.T., C.N.T. The two believe passionately in the power of prevention to extend not just quantity, but quality of life.

Patricia Buehler, M.D., M.P.H., received both her Masters in Public Health and her Medical Degree from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Buehler is an accomplished lecturer and mentor and is an active part of the Bend, OR community.
