Tiburon View Apartments

These apartments were managed well until the new onsite manager and new property management company took over. Currently, many of the buildings are detiorating, the gardens are not well taken care of the lower pool is not heated, the paint is 10 years old and coming off on the exterior of the building, the support infrasstructure of the stairs is badly rusted, ther is poor drainage throughout the property, the garbage cans overflow garbage since they will not pay for additional cans. If you bring any problems to the attention of management they retaliate with a vegenance. There are other apartmetns on Circle Drive that are better manged and maintained at equal or less rent. These are old apartments at Tiburon View that have never been upgraded. It will only get worse if they do not change the management. Beware. This was written on 2÷23÷2010.
