Specialties
We specialize in improving sports performance by improving efficiency of movement, rather than strength and endurance. We start by videotaping each athlete, then measuring their efficiency after we have measured the efficiency of a historically great and efficient athlete. In this way, they can see mathematically how they differ from an efficient and great athlete. There is no subjective opinion; everything is measured. Then we photograph and measure 20 – 30 ranges of motion critical to your sport and improve those ranges with Microfiber Reduction, our special form of connective tissue massage that increases flexibility 100−600% beyond what you can get from stretching alone. Once you have enough flexibility to move without fighting against your o own internal resistance, we then teach you our special drills to help you move more efficiently. With our program, runners cut a minute per mile off their running pace, golfers have increased their average drive from 290 to 350, etc.
