I decided to use this company for a rental truck for an upcoming relocation. I called them the week before I was supposed to pick up the truck and they told me to call back the Monday before the scheduled pick up date to confirm the truck would be there. So I did what I was told to do and the guy who answered the phone told me he didn’t have the truck and that it was not his problem and I needed to call customer service and then hung up on me. So I called back and spoke with the same lady that told me to call back and she told me the same thing and then proceeded to hang up on me as well.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and would suggest some other truck rental place or in the event you were looking for furniture, to sit on milk crates before visiting this place!
