Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center provides comprehensive services for dogs, cats and exotic pets, with a focus on wellness and preventive care. Service offerings include, but are not limited to: general wellness exams, dental care, radiology, pain management, internal medicine, surgery, microchip, overnight boarding, baths, anal gland expression, and nail trims. We also offer veterinary acupuncture, cold laser therapy and other holistic treatment options.

History

Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center was founded in 1963 to serve the veterinary needs of pets throughout Belton and the greater Kansas City metropolitan community.

Business Owner

Dr. Bradley Bays, DVM, CVA, DABVP (ECM) has been a veterinarian at Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center since 1993 and an owner since 2002. Her interests in veterinary medicine are varied but she loves surgery and takes much pride in some of the more difficult and life changing operations that she has done on dogs, cats and exotic animals. She is an international author and lecturer on exotic pet species and recently completed her Board Certification as a specialist in Exotic Companion Mammals. As a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist, she has helped many dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds and a few lizards to live a better and more comfortable life. She is currently enrolled in Chinese Herbal Therapy courses so she can provide additional help for her patients. She loves camping, reading, writing and spending time with her family and their 2 pets, Bonnie and Flash (dog and a cat).
