Speaking as an experienced, if not slightly ‘jaded’ commercial property management professional, I certainly had one of the best experiences I’ve have ever had with any commercial contractor. A tenant reported some lights out in front of her store, I called Allegiant and scheduled a service call. Their crew arrived at the time they said they would, repaired the issues with materials stocked on the truck and gave me an estimate for some other work while they were at the shopping center. No excuses, no wasted time, no drama. My tenant is happy and so am I. I am also going to have them give me an estimate on upgrading the parking lot lights to LED. Without reservation I recommend this company to anyone who needs a competent electrical/​lighting outfit.
