Established in 2010.

The idea of KT Premier Properties, LLC was created in the summer of 2010 due to the Real Estate market decline in existing and new construction home sales. We believe in the long term goal of getting a home to closing and wanted to work with Sellers and Realtors to help buyers to achieve home ownership by placing those who were denied financing into a home via Lease Option or Owner Finance. At the time, the Sub-​Prime Market was disappearing and banks were closing causing a collapse in the financial markets and making buying a home almost impossible. Even now, banks lending requirements have tightened with buyers unable to meet the strict criteria set forth. Our vision, from that point on, was to assist buyers along the way and educate them on what they needed to do to get the financing in place and be approved to eventually buy in 18, 24, 36 months etc.
