Phelan Wt Insurance

I’m working with Rebecca Springer in the Belmont office. The experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I was closing on a property in two days and still had no home owners insurance. Rebecca took all my info and in a few hours had me set up with a great provider at a rate less expensive than anyone else we tried. Everyone else I had called told me it was going to take days and I was going to miss my deadline, but Rebecca really helped us out and walked us though everything we needed to do. I am extremely happy with my experience and the coverage they got us. I’m defiantly recommending her and WT Phelan to everyone I know.

I used Phelan Insurance in Belmont on Trapelo Road for at least 5 years for my auto and home insurance. Both policies together totaled about $ 8000 per year, a sizeable amount of business. The first year I had a very good experience with a top notch agent. When I went to renew after that first year, I was told that the agent was gone with no information as to why or where she went since I would have followed her anywhere she was that good!
After that I had a rotating set of agents here one minute gone the next, all very mediocre. The last year or two the agents I was assigned to were down right adversarial. The last straw was that I gave the agent a room by room photo/​CD of my house and all the valuables so that the insurance company could have it in case there was a fire or if something was stolen. Yes they lost it/​misplaced it! Hard to believe one can stay in business with this type of customer service. Needless to say I have moved on to another firm in Cambridge and my experience there has been excellent!
