What can I say… there is no coffee like Papachay!
If you want to have a cold brew or just a cup of coffee, or you want to take some beans home it is perfect, just tell Max your favorite one and if you don´t have a grinder he can do it for you.
The best part of this place is that if you have some minutes, Max or his wife can tell you all the story of this wonderfull organic plantations they have in Peru, and if you are lucky, you stop by the shop the day they are roasting the beens!
If you work over the week and you can´t stop by San Carlos, don´t worry… you can find Papachay on Mountain View Farmer´s Market on Sundays
