History

Established in 2015.

When we opened our professional pharmacy in May of 2015 the reception we received was mixed. On one hand, some of our customers were ecstatic there was an actual neighborhood pharmacy in their neighborhood. On the other hand, many couldn’t quite believe anyone would be daring enough to challenge the big-​box chain pharmacy right next door. It’s a delicate dance, persuading these potential customers that we are indeed serious contenders. «Yes, we do take your insurance», we gently reassure them. «Yes, we charge the same, if not less, than our competitors. Yes, it’s ridiculously easy to switch your prescriptions over.» Those that make the leap soon discover what it’s like to have the pharmacist step out from behind the counter to give them personal attention, what it’s like to walk in, grab your prescription and walk out without having to wait, and so much more.
