Pamela has been teaching Kundalini and Baptiste Power Yoga to the Northern Colorado community since 2008. We offer private, group and childrens yoga.

Business Owner

I am a nature lover. I can think of many fun and creative terms to describe my passion for the outdoors, but nothing conveys the message as clearly as passion. I am passionate about wildlife, passionate for solitude, and passionate about adventure and passionate about YOGA. I believe that within the boundless opportunities presented by the nature, we can find peace and answers regardless of what we seek. Nature is my teacher, always organizing experiences as meant to be, and within the greatest classroom of all — the great outdoors. Returning to the basics as inspired by Mother Nature evokes a primordial disposition; re-​connecting individuals with the essentials and reminding us that life is more than our daily routine or the complex formulation we know as identity.
