If you plan on doing a cash job for your vehicle, be prepared to wait… possibly months.
The quality of the body work and paint is halfway decent, but some notable issues were:
1. primer overspray onto windows and undercarriage;
2. oversanding and ruining some areas of existing chrome that should not have been touched;
3. some trim/​panels installed loosely or incorrect, a couple paint drip marks;
4. unnecessary lack of attention in some areas that just make you shake your head;
5. rushing/​avoiding of wet sanding and polishing in some areas;
However, the overall prices are very reasonable, and the owner seems to be a genuine guy, he is just in way over his head with work… most likely because of the low pricing.
A serious suggestion would be to continue the fair pricing for the people, but beef up with more competent staff and get the business organized. Good luck getting in touch with anyone here by phone, they should hire a counterperson responsible for answering calls and dealing with the public. This is very frustrating to the customer.
Not sure if I’d recommend, because I believe your experience can go either way. If they get organized, hire more competent staff, keep prices reasonable while keeping turnaround time to a minimum, I think they will be a force to be reckoned with for sure.
