Admitted to New York State Bar in 2010. Education: State University of New York at Binghamton (B.S., Management Information Systems, 2006); Hofstra University, School of Law (J.D., 2010). During Law School, Mr. Bogaty was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal, and Family Law Clinic and received awards for his participation in the Mediation, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution seminars. Mr. Bogaty worked for the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. Over the past two years Mr. Bogaty has closed thousands of Lender and Real Estate Transactions.
