Laser Plus Spa

I bought a groupon for juverderm that’s how I heard about this place. So I go there and the doctor is like ok so u want to get the juverderm correct and I was like yes and he’s like ok great! Do u know how much it is and I’m like yes I already paid threw groupon… Then he’s likes «ohhh I ran out of juverderm I can give u restyln it’s like the same thing. By the point I was so pissed but I was just like ok. So he gave me restyln and it sucked didn’t even last. He is a scam artist! Don’t buy the groupon it’s a rip off. He was about to give me the juverderm then as soon as I said I had a groupon he all of a sudden «ran out» unprofessional.

I looooove dr horiogla he is sooo honest. So sweet I could of talked to him for hours. You feel so comfortable with him that you just trust anything that he’s says. I went in for juverderm and he said I don’t need it and I should wait. He dosent force anything on you. I was disappointed I wanted to do something!!! I had to talk him into giving me something!!! Lol I would not go to anyone else but him for now on.

I have been coming to laser plus spa since 2010 for laser tattoo removals. The staff have been excellent to work with including the owner and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The pricing structure per session for the removal is better than going to a dermatologist and to any other laser spa I have been to. I have had a total of 4 sessions on one arm and 3 sessions on the other. The process has been working really well and I am very happy with my results. To be warned the laser is very discomforting and can hurt a lot. To avoid this, I recommend using ice before the treatment as well as some sort of numbing cream. The woman that does my treatment is very courteous and makes sure I am as comfortable as I can be during each session. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo removal.

I can always rely on laser plus spa!!! We all deserve some pampering and sometimes a little professional help to brighten up our outer appearance (can’t forget to feed the soul!!)
They continuously have specials running year long whether it’s an anniversary, spa week or just a week day! For $ 99 you can get an hour facial and massage or body wrap any week day as I know. It’s quality, modern equipment, knowledgable staff, and relaxing atmosphere. In October they have spa week but usually run that special prior n after the «official» seven days. I also am glad they are computerized so they can save your pre-​purchases and who you have seen — for those of us who «misplace» our receipts or cards and forget the name of who treated us.
Bellmore location is the 2^nd location and larger but I prefer my local Bellmore spot where I can grab some of my favorite sushi or a salad and make a spa day with the girls.
Men don’t shy away a little hair removal or hair regrowth is there too and everyone can use a massage!!!

I love this place, what more can I say!
I can call last minute and they always have room to squeeze me in for a last minute facial. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is very clean. Also look out for sales and discounts (I’ve come here on certain weeks and actually saved a decent amount of money of my facial).
Overall: There must be something special about this place for me to travel allllll the way from Brooklyn. See you guys in a couple weeks!

I am currently getting my underarms done. The atmosphere is nice and the spa is always clean. The staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and the owner is very nice. I will be definitely getting more done at this location. I will update when my sessions are done!

Although I’ve been a cutomer for some time this is the first review I felt compelled to write. Today I had a Micro Facial and because of Larisa it was one of the best I have ever received. The Micro was just the right amount of pressure and the massage on my face, neck and shoulders felt like bliss. My skin was glowing afterwards and I felt relaxed and renewed. I will make it a point to ask for Larisa for my next visit. She was the best.

Went here a while ago for a facial and haven’t gone back. Though their pricing is great, their spa isn’t the most charming place. The service was decent, not the best but not the worst.
I’d go back but honestly when I get a facial I’m all about ambiance. And really, they have none. The woman who gave me the facial also did not do extractions very well, which was really the reason I came in.
I was going to do a teeth whitening session there but they were running late at the time and I had other places to be. Never had time to reset an apt and decided not to do it anyway due to tooth sensitivity.
Over all, it really is a 3 out of 5. If you want a facial but don’t care about ambiance, go a head. The price is definitely fair enough.

I went here with a gift card and I loved it. I would love to go back but too expensive :(maybe I will get another gift card next Christmas :)

After I had my son, I wanted a little help in getting my body back in shape, and had one of their many laser treatments. First of all, Tara is incredible. Very gentle and friendly, never rushed.
It is a bit loud, though when I got a facial there, I didn’t notice that over the ambient music that played. It was heaven.
They are a bit less expensive than other spas with the same services. It’s not the most high-​end spa you can go to, but for the price, it is well worth it. And you’ll feel like a million bucks when you leave!

After 6 months of regular laser treatments to upper lip, chin and bikini area, I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. I am shaving, tweezing and waxing as much as ever before The technician who did my treatments seemed quite inexperienced… I may have been her first client. She clearly needed more supervision to obtain decent results with complicated equipment. When I called to speak to the manager, of course she was not available to speak with me about re-​doing or extending the treatments, but insisted i needed maintenance treatments. If the initial work had removed the hair, maybe maintenance treatments would-​be warranted, but they never worked in the first place.
I find the attitude in the spa to be disagreeable. I was kept waiting for my appointments each and every time. Their push to sell products and further services is very aggressive. Certainly, I would never recommend the spa to anyone I liked.

This review is for their new Carle Place location. Went during Spa week, had the 30 min, Swedish massage (I wished it was longer) and had LHR on half legs (Groupon deal) and underarm. I can’t remember the laser used, but the woman I had seemed very inexperienced as she had to wait for another co-​worker to set up the machine and she had trouble with the wand going over my legs. 5 more sessions to go!

I get my laser hair removal done here. Great experience all the time. I tried out their «spa special» (an hour facial and massage) & was a bit dissapointed. Not with the actual service, but the ambience is just not there. Had someone right next door having a full blown loud conversation while I was getting a massage. The walls are paper thin! Would give them a five buy the spa part. not good needs improvement.

Just after Christmas, my 2 sibs and I took our Mom there for a spa day. No one wanted to look as harried as we all felt from all that damn family togetherness…
Sorry for the digression, but I wanted ya’ll to know that there were 4 of us in dire need of stress relaxing facials. We got them. I had micro-​dermabrasion, my 2 sibs had hydrofacials, and the old lady rec’d Thermage. The prices were very reasonable since we negotiated a discount, and I was very comfortable with my aesthetician. The Thermage will take months to show real benefits, but I was pleased with my treatment, the staff and the facility, as were my sibs.
I recommend them, and try to go with a group or use one of their specials; that really made it worthwhile.
