got groupon as a present for my bday. extremely rude mad answered the phone. with groupon appointments are only limited to 2 days a week, which was not mentioned on groupon. appointment was able to make only in 2 months. in the morning of the appointment got very sick and ask to come later or reschedule for other day. was told by the same rude man that because i cancel my appointment Less that 24 hrs they cannot honor my groupon and its not good anymore. days restrictions and cancellation policy are not mentioned on groupon when u buy it. so at the end of the day, my husband paid for groupon, spa collected money, i didn’t get ANYTHING and had a very aggravating experience, STAY AWAY!!!

I first went here with a Groupon special for massage and facial. The massage was good but I personally don’t love full body massage. The facial was very good. I’ve only had a few in my life but it was relaxing enough that I have gone back 4 – 5 times since my first visit. I can actually say my skin has improved dramatically and the facialist is very knowledgeable about skin.
Prices are fair as opposed to many other spas. There’s a red door spa down the street that starts for about double this place offers. I’ve also bought some of their skin products, very nice and priced similar to department stores. They always provide samples to try before you buy something there.

friendly too. had pedicures and waxing there. was very happy with both. i’ve given gift cert too. everyone very happy. no jets for pedicures, which means no gross infections.
