I hate to say it but, I’ve been there and have the same negative experiences consistently. Spend a little extra money and save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere…

I had a radio installed for $ 300 and it only worked for a few weeks. When I went back they said there was something wrong with my fuse box and offered to replace it for an additional $ 100. I went to best buy and they said the radio was not installed properly and fixed it for only $ 20. I would not reccomend this business.

I agree with the other reviewers who gave them poor reviews. I wish I checked Unilocal before I hired them.
I tried them because I use the detail shop next door to them and they seem like nice friendly people.
They gave me a «good deal» on my stereo purchase and installation — $ 400. Then I find out that the stereo they sold me was an older model and worth about $ 100.
Best buy gets $ 65 to install a stereo.
I had to go back 4 times because the speakers kept shorting out. Each time it was a new bullshirt story. The last two times they said it was not their fault so they charged me more money. Finally I had enough.
I went to Best Buy in Valley Stream. The technician explained that the stereo they put in was under-​powered and inappropriate for my OEM speakers. What they did was splice various wires together and took other shortcuts that caused my problems.
I would not recommend these people. I will never go back there.

Spent $ 300 on a remote starter that they installed incorrectly and wasn’t able to ever make it work. Had to have it removed elsewhere. All I got from them was excuses and lies. A total waste of my money and time. Find a professional elsewhere. Or watch a youtube video and do your own installation… you will do a better job! This place is a rip-​off!!!
