Complete Automotive Repair

I called AAA because my car wouldn’t start while in a parking lot in Bellmore. I thought it was the starter. The tow truck driver from this place arrived quickly and did a great job. Dan answered my phone call and was very nice and professional. Turns out it was just a bad battery. He was honest about the problem being minor which is wonderful. Very good experience.

Had the most TERRIBLE experience. They put a dent in my car which they didn’t own upto. They are very high priced and they will do the work and tell you the charges later, along with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT get your car their (even if they offer AAA towing) unless u want to pay extra. They put a dent in my car which wasn’t there when I left the car there. It was bad enough that the door won’t even open. They fixed the door and the dent is still there. They were nice in helping with towing and getting the car to their shop as fast as they could through AAA. However, when I inquired about the quotes, breakdown, and prices they became very RUDE very fast. Their prices were much higher than other places such as AutoZone and Meineike. Their reasoning was that they offer 1 year warranty on their parts. Well, to their knowledge even if I buy parts from AutoZone (for much less), they also offer 1 year warranty on their parts. When I asked them for a better reasoning, they most RUDELY told me I can pay $ 70 for diagnostic and take the car away and that I am wasting their time (VERY unprofessional). Originally they had said the diagnostic will be $ 50. They added additional money for checking the battery, which AGAIN if I took to Autozone, they would have checked it for free.

After using many other places this shop opened close to home. I am very knowledgable in terms of auto mechanics and have dealt with scammers and honest shops. This place is at the top with honesty and great prices. The owner has even dropped my car off at home after a repair if i couldnt make it to his shop in time, at no cost. Great place to use.

I recently moved to the area and had some trouble with my car. My landlord highly recommended these guys, and I wholeheartedly agree!
They are affiliated with Bellmore Towing which is a 24 hour operation.
We were able to drop the car off and picked it up after 7pm … Super convenient!!!
