In our one on one private lessons with our highly skilled trainers in Kickboxing, Boxing, or Mixed Martial Arts, we go at your pace, working toward your specific needs and goals. In addition to private lessons, we offer group classes in Kickboxing, MMA, Grappling, Conditioning, Boxing, and Cardio-Kickboxing. By working one on one with our trainers or participating in a group class, you always receive an incredible and intense cardiovascular workout as you challenge yourself physically and mentally at an extremely intense pace.
