So excited to have found this place — thanks Unilocal!Merrick really doesn’t have a decent wine/​liquor store, so to Bellmore I now go. This place is awesome. It’s fun to browse and the prices are generally $ 1-​$ 3 less than I’m used to seeing. I ended up tasting a wine that I bought and loved. They give a 5% discount for ½ cases (6 or more bottles) and free parking in the back. One of the employees carried my box of vino out to my car for me! Just lovely.

Very friendly staff. They are willing to stop what they’re doing to help out and answer any questions you have. If you’re a wine novice they will help you pick out then perfect bottle for your occasion. They have a very large selection of anything you would need. The only downside is no parking.

This place has EVERYTHING, the people are very nice and always willing to help without being pushy at all, i hate that. They have reasonable prices too, i got a Skye vodka with pineapple for 17.99 and a JUMBO Svedka for 19.99,can’t beat that price, im glad they are local and they are looking into a specialty vodka i asked about. Very nice.

Under new ownership and called Bedford Wine & Liquor featuring tastings and very helpful knowledgable owners.
We were looking for a wine they didn’t have so they ordered it for us and had it in within a couple days! Great service.
