I was up for an upgrade and wanted to buy the iPhone 6. The owner was pushing the «Next» plan but I already had a great family plan so I didn’t want to change. He had a gold iPhone 6 in stock but refused to sell it to me since I wouldn’t sign up for the promotional plan. He said«we just got an email from our manufacturers and they said we cannot sell iPhones to customers without the „next“ plan» I said to him«so you have the exact phone I want 10 feet away and I have an upgrade, but you won’t sell it to me because I won’t change my current plan?» he said, «yes.» I spent over an hour at the store and not only wasted my time, but was also told a boldface lie. There was no rule about retailers only selling iPhones to customers with the«next» plan. I just wanted to share this experience with you so you know not to waste your time at this store. There are plenty of other att stores in this area that will offer you quality service and no headache.

This is the best store I have ever been to!!! The manager Christian, really has his stuff together! Took his time with me and resolved all my account issues and questions and fixed everything! Never made me feel rushed and even got me a water! So sweet! I’m never going anywhere else!

Called for assistance, waited over an hour and customer service rep never called back. Went to the store with my husband & kids to get a phone for my daughter, there was only one sales rep(This was on 8÷24÷14, so if a manager reads it, you may want to talk to this employee!) this rep yapped endlessly on & on to 2 customers there about nonsense, even though he saw us waiting there. It didn’t help that these customers had NOIDEA about what phone or plan they wanted. So the rep proceeded to describe every phone & plan available. Then a woman came in, walked right ahead of us, and asked to borrow the rep’s phone because she was lost and her phone battery died in her car. Um, sorry about your problems lady, BUTWEWEREWAITING!!! So, the rep helped her, rang up a phone charger for her, and offered her a stool to sit on, then turned back to the first customers to help them again!(By the way, one person was actually calling other family members to ask about phones & plans while we, once again, waited). The rep kept saying«I’ll be with you in just a minute». But it was soooooo long that we just left. Good news is that we drove right to the AT&T store in Merrick and the rep was quick, precise, attentive, and helpful. That other rep in the Bellmore Ave store was horrendous, he just liked to hear himself talk! Will NEVER go in that store again, and I’ve been an AT&T customer for 4 years.

Since opening my account with AT&T, I have never had such amazing customer service in a retail store like this one. I’ve tortured them with transferring pictures to phones, pushing early upgrades and my constant whining about technology in general and they’re champs for enduring it. The new Store Manager, Prince, is awesome and totally helped me with all my woes yesterday. I would never go anywhere else.
