John’s A-C & Heat

Woke up to no Heat. Called Johns AC & Heat and spoke to a real person, said they would be out between 10 – 2 and would call before they come. I got a call at 10:30 from Mike saying he was on his way. Mike arrived diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes went to pensauken from Glassboro and got the part and was done by 12:30. He answered all of our questions and cleaned up inside our heater. Best of all, our price was reasonable and did not get taken advantage of due to our emergency situation. Completely exceeded our expectations. Would certainly use them again!

Very poor, over promised under delivered after a/​c installed needed to add 500 ceiling fan. Johns admitted issue but refused to correct! STAY AWAY. Cheap is Cheap.

After trying to revive our old heater with other companies, John’s came in and simply said not to waste money fixing and to get a new one with the correct size. So we got a good price, good warranty and great customer service. Initial visit was on a Thursday and all work was completed on Tuesday. They even helped me get financing for some of the cost.
No complaints from me or my wife. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Recently had a humidifier installed in my home by Dan of John’s AC & Heat.
I pulled 3 different estimates for a similar install. John’s was the most professional interaction I had, and the best price for installation. I felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable, professional technician when I interacted with Dan and when I was talking to Maria (?) at the service office she was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

When we needed to have brand new AC installed, including ALL the ductwork, we had trouble finding suggestions from friends and family (apparently everyone else was smart enough to buy homes that already had central air).
I set up 4 different estimates — two were big name companies and two were family owned, smaller businesses. Dan from John’s AC explained everything very clearly, and was able to work out a price while still at my house! The price was the best we had heard so far — by a few grand! They also said that because of the layout of our house it could be done in ONE day, and they had openings in just two weeks.
After getting one more estimate, we decided on John’s AC & Heat and we booked the installation. The crew that came the day of the installation was friendly and courteous, explained all of the paperwork clearly, took my cell in case there was any issue while I was at work, and then started working. They were very respectable of my house, trying their best to put things back where they belonged and cleaning up their mess along the way.
It’s always scary finding someone to do a big home improvement project, but we are so happy that we decided on John’s AC & Heat. I would trust John’s for any AC or heat issues in my home, and I will definitely be recommending them to others.
