I had to purchase something of a sensitive nature from the pharmacy, this woman was terrible. Instead of being sensitive to the situation I was in, well the only word I can describe her as is bitch. What I was buying required a pair of scissors to open, when I asked if she could help she rolled her eyes and said «you want me to open this. For you» with the the most attitude I’ve ever heard come out of a persons mouth. She grabbed a pair of scissors and threw them on the counter. Instead of trying to help me she just kept saying you need to move it along, I can’t pay and open the item at the same time, zero help. I would name her but I’m not sure if you can do that on reviews. If this is how Walgreen treats their pharmacy clientele then they no longer have my business.
That being said… The front if the house people are amazing, the people that don’t work in the pharmacy. This store would be a 5 star store if it wasn’t for the pharmacy.

The most incompetent Pharmacy staff that ever existed!

I have had several prescriptions filled here. First one was not ready when they claimed it would be. Last time, after surgery, they received 2 scripts via fax and 4 hours later they were still not filled. Pharmacist said «come back in 30 minutes». 30 minutes later, still no prescription. Come back in another 15. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION FILLED! Unless you feel like wasting hours of your time.
