Specialties
We specialize in helping small businesses become successful.
We understand that running any business comes with its own set of worries. Our goal is to take the financial pressure off your shoulders, so you can better spend your valuable time on improving and managing your business.
Our firm does this by offering services like federal income tax preparation (personal, corporation, LLC, trust, partnership), tax planning, financial statements, IRS assistance, business start-up assistance, business consulting, contract CFO (Chief Financial Officer) services, Human Resources assistance, hiring and recruiting assistance, and audit assistance. We also have experience working with the Washington Department of Revenue, Labor and Industries, Employment Security, and other taxing authorities.
If you’re a small business owner and have problems that keep you up at night, please give us a call. If your problem or needs are beyond our areas of expertise, we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate referral.
History
Established in 2002.
Our first location was in a small office on Holly Street in downtown Bellingham. In 2009 the firm expanded and moved into a larger building of its own on Elm Street, just a few blocks away from the downtown hub. This new building has allowed us to continue to grow our business without losing the personal touch we strive to keep with each client.
