Bad Customer Services, Unprofessional, Poor Communication !!!
Just wanted to share my worse experience I had with Jerry and his associate, Nate, at 360Performance. I have given them the opportunity to resolve the situation, but they failed to return my calls and emails. So I just wanted to let other people beware of this vendor.
The rear bumper on my car was damaged due to a fender bender accident, and I was looking for a replacement. I saw a thread on one of the forums where Nate has listed a rear Aristo bumper for sale. I contacted him and went over several details on a specific bumper I need for my 1^st Gen GS300, and even emailed him some pictures of the actual bumper on my car for comparison. He assured me that the bumper was indeed the right one, and even emailed me back a picture of someone’s car that has the exact same rear bumper as mine. Nate told me the bumper from picture he sent is exactly the same one he’s selling. I then agreed to make the purchase and sent the payment. Several days after I sent payment via PayPal to the provided account number from Nate, I did not hear back from him to advise the tracking number. I followed up with him and was advised that he has already asked his associate to ship the package out. I then received an email from Jerry confirming that a tracking number will be provided once the package is sent. At that time I also discussed with Jerry about the bumper and have forwarded the email I received from Nate along with all the pictures just to be sure that they’re selling me the correct bumper. Jerry did acknowledge and confirm it. The day when my package arrived, I inspected the content and came to find out that it was the WRONG bumper. I immediately contacted Jerry to inform him on the issue, and was told that the parts were ordered from Japan; therefore, it should be the right one. I have emailed to these guys several pictures of a specific JDM bumper that I was looking for, and was assuring it is the right one. Guess what — NOT !!!
Jerry is now blaming the fault on his associate/​partner, Nate, for given me the incorrect information. I called and left messages several times with Nate, and still have not heard back from him. I did the same to Jerry and he also has not yet returned my calls. This is really a bad customer service, unprofessional, and very poor communication. So please think twice before you do business with this vendor.
