This is known as one of the seedier motels in Bellingham. Hookers rent out rooms by the week. Just by pulling into the parking lot and seeing some of the «tenants» outside smoking, I immediately knew this is not up to my standards. I don’t get where these good reviews are coming from… Mac’s Motel is infamous for being trash.

I’m surprised there are no reviews here but maybe that’s because everybody already knows of their reputation — but to all those out of towners AVOID MACS MOTEL. Everybody knows this is the sleaziest motel in town. It is filthy and things are usually broken. They tried giving me a room once with a broken lock UM NO. they then moved me to a room where the toilet didn’t flush. This is not a place to go if you want to feel safe or clean. Also the management doesn’t listen to you — if something is broke then don’t even bother asking them to fix it. The only plus? It may say non-​smoking but they don’t care if you do.
