Kiwi Tree Service

I recently hired Matt and Rose at Kiwi Tree Service to clean up my backyard. I have 60 to 70 foot trees. In the past these trees left a great deal of debris in my backyard every time there was a windstorm. But no more. Matt and Rose removed many of the lower branches and cut away all of the dead limbs. For the first time since I have owned my house I have been able to successfully plant a lawn in my backyard. The great thing is that it didn’t cost me nearly as much as I thought it would. Kiwi Tree Service charges by the hour. And they work fast. Matt and Rose did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left my property. A neighbor recently asked if we had any recommendations for a tree removal company, and I realized we never left a review for Kiwi Tree Service for the excellent job they need on our property several months ago.
We needed to have 25 alder trees removed from our property. My husband called several tree removal companies for quotes and Kiwi Tree Service was the only company that responded in a timely manner. My husband has a forestry background and thought the quote was very reasonable and arranged to have the work done.
Some of the trees were a challenge to fell due to the proximity of our house, our neighbor’s house, and other trees. Matt was expert at felling the trees! It was a marvel to watch him and his wife work.
They were very safety conscious using personal safety harnesses and tying off the trunks with ropes. They also kept us informed of their progress and work schedule. In addition, the job took ½ day longer than they anticipated, but they honored their quote.
My husband was impressed with how they split and stacked the wood, made an accessible woodchip pile, and cleaned-​up all of the debris.
We intend to hire Kiwi Tree Service at a future date for tree pruning/​trimming of some fir trees in the front of our house. We highly recommend Kiwi Tree Service for your tree care needs!

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Matt! I had called several other tree service providers before finding Kiwi Tree Service and they are BY FAR the most professional and affordable. Matt’s customer service is incredible — many of the other providers never even returned my call or they bid really crazy prices!
We live in Sudden Valley and our trees desperately needed some attention after February’s snow storm. Matt took a lot of time to come out and prepare a detailed bid for us on which trees needed attention the most. After getting our HOA approval, Matt and his wife returned to do the work. They did an amazing job trimming 4 huge trees and removing one with root-​rot, all in a single day. They showed up on time and cleaned up immaculately before they left. They did such a great job, we are having them back next week for more work.
