I am a licensed psychotherapist offering counseling services to Individuals and Couples. I will work with you in a compassionate and collaborative manner to uncover what gets in the way of you living the life you want.

I am experienced working with a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, sexuality or gender identity issues, family issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and personal growth. I’ve worked with people from a variety of backgrounds, including Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender people.

My approach involves creating a comfortable space where you can feel understood and encouraged to share your true self. I help you utilize your strengths to live life with more vitality and authenticity. I work similarly with couples, providing a safe, neutral environment, where each individual can express their thoughts and feelings. The result is increased intimacy with your partner.

History

Established in 2007.

I have worked in the counseling field since 2000. I graduated from Antioch University with a MA in Psychology in 2005 and opened my private practice in 2007.
