I talked to Collin and it was about 3 weeks before I needed to move when I tried to schedule with him. He told me that it was to early to schedule me because they have had so many ppl back out because they don’t require a hold. He told me (I called on a Friday) that he would call me back Monday and had all of my information. Well I never heard back from him. I called like he had told me to a week before I needed to move and he didn’t seem to remember me and informed me that he was booked until September and he was sorry. VERY POOR customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
