History

Established in 2013.

After many years in the construction industry, I took my background knowledge and experiences to the world of Real Estate. My clients, both buyers and sellers, have found this to be an invaluable asset. I’ve been in business now for several years and have helped numerous clients with the purchase or sale of single family homes, land, condos, and investment properties. My background provides me both practical knowledge of homes and investments, and a hard work ethic that makes me strive to keep every client happy.

I moved to Bellingham back in 1998 to attend Western and explore the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Coming from the midwest, I found Bellingham offered a rich variety of ecosystems, education, and culture that was exactly what I was looking for. After graduating from WWU in 2001 I worked in a variety of industries, but having a background in general construction and management, developed those skills until I became a licensed general contractor in 2005. For over 8 years I worked and managed numerous remodel and new construction projects, and brought that knowledge with me into the Real Estate industry.

Outside of work you can find me running, biking, hiking, climbing, playing soccer, paddle boarding, swimming, or just hanging out outside, or when I get really motivated working on my house. If I’m less motivated or I’m done with one of the above then you might find me at one of the many great breweries or restaurants Bellingham has to offer. Maybe I’ll see you there.
