Located in Bellingham, Wa, Ingenuity By Designs concentrates and specialized in visual arts, graphic design, and sound design. We offer many years of experience and knowledge in all three fields. The reason we have chosen to bring all three fields together is to help eliminate the number of companies involved in a clients project. Why go to a web design studio and printing company to brand yourself when you can do it in one place, with us at Ingenuity By Designs.

Our graphic department specializes in branding, digital design, web design, photography, signage, illustrations, logo design, clip art, and more. Knowledgeable and experience in many mediums, our visual arts department specializes in oil/​acrylic painting, drawing, illustrations, custom tattoos, murals, and t-​shirt designs.

We also work with our clients on branding, SEO services, social media outlets, and stationary ideas, such as brochures, business cards, restaurant menus designs, letterheads, and much more.

History

Established in 2014.

Ingenuity By Designs was originally founded in Charleston, South Carolina under the name JJ’s Sign & Engraving Shop in 2008. Then, we only did signage, banners, and engraving projects. We sold our shop and relocated to Bellingham, WA.

After living in Bellingham, WA for three years, we decided and envisioned opening a studio company that did more than signage, banners, and engraving projects. We started the company in August 2013. We put together hours of research, web development, and branding before we wanted to open our doors. So here we are, Ingenuity By Designs, officially opening our doors in March 2014.

Business Owner

Hi. Im THE Bellingham Graphic Designer, aka Robert. I am a christian and believer in Jesus. I’m from a small town in Georgia. After high school, I joined the U.S. Navy as a Machinest Mate serving on submarines. I served 7 years, gaining knowledge on a variety of skills from diesel engines, nuclear reactors, plumbing, graphic designs, cooking, and much more. After my time in the military, I moved to Bellingham, WA to be with my wife, who is from British Columbia.

I also have partaken and volunteered my time for the Salvation Army, Toastmaster International, and several food banks in the US. While in the military, I became a certified graphic designer and engraver. I have also been certified as a cook, baker, and journeyman plumber through the Department of Labor.

My friends consider me to be strong willed, humble, honest, and vivacious. I believe in to do whats right, staying true to your word, and come in love, peace, and joy.
