Final Touch Auto Spa

My vehicle was in on sort of an emergency cleaning after a large spill happened over the weekend. Final Touch got my car in right away on Monday and they did an excellent job. Everything was very clear before any work was done as far as the pricing and the timeline that I could expect to have the car back. They took care of the spill in my vehicle as well as detailed the entire interior, washed the outside, and fixed a chip in the windshield (they are affiliated with Louis Auto Glass, a trusted local provider of glass repair) .Obviously the pricing for this level of detail is quite high but it is worth it for the quality of work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

I had a 4Runner that I wanted to sell. It had provided many years of good service but four kids, three huge and fuzzy dogs and my proclivity to spill coffee had taken its toll. It was filthy. I had little hope of making it look good, I just hoped to make it somewhat presentable. But I was shocked when I saw it after they worked on it. They got out almost all of the stains. It looked great. I almost didn’t want to sell it. They are also trustworthy. I dropped off the car on the spur of the moment, not having cleaned out my junk. The junk was returned nicely in a box — including a flask of whiskey and a twenty dollar bill. Ari (at the front desk) was really helpful in finding a solution to a residual dog smell. Their work was great and reasonably priced.

What a waste of money. All the items I pointed out didn’t get touched. They had to go over a bit again when i picked it up. I just washed it for the first time since the detail and there is so much unbuffed wax showing up all over the car. They care only about their contracts with dealerships to detail their cars. My car is a two seater car — I didn’t pay for any interior to be done — but the least they could have done was wipe the dash and vacuum the floorboards. I tried to hint to them that it would be nice if it got done — they didn’t get the hint. Wouldn’t have took much time and wouldn’t have been too hard to go that extra mile.
My car is a Corvette and I have HIGH suspicions that they drove it more than just around the parking lot. Side AND rear view mirrors were moved as was the drivers seat. I’m average height so just going around the parking lot people of most sizes should fit without changing anything — unless they were going for a longer ride. I wish I noted my mileage when I pulled in. STAY AWAY! You can get a better job done by the high school cheerleaders raising money for their school. PATHETIC!

Poor attention to detail. That is what they call it «Detailing» !! For the $ 300+ I spent would have expected better. Will not be returning .
I even had to re install floor mats which they put in trunk.
Someone there needs to pay better attention to quality control.

I took my Mitsubishi Lancer to Final touch in April. We were going to sell it and it needed a deep clean (we have 2 dogs that went for lots of rides). They told me up front there would be a price difference for dog hair and I was totally ok with that. They also told me that because there was so much dog hair (there definitely was… probably close to another full grown dog in the back seat) they probably wouldn’t be able to get it all and I understood that, I wasn’t expecting a miracle. When I picked up the Lancer at the end of the day though, a miracle is what I got! The car was AMAZING!!! We bought it brand new and it looked exactly like it did when we bought it. Not a trace of dog hair! I think they were worried about all that dog hair (I was too), but they did it! After that I decided to take my new car 2 years old), a convertible Camaro to get that detailed. I decided to do the paint chip repair done (upon their recommendation) and I couldn’t be happier! Looks like it just rolled off the lot! I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be back!

Dropped my Jeep off at Louis Auto Glass in the morning to get a new windshield, and then they coordinated with Ari to get it to Final Touch. It looks like it did when I drove it off the lot 2 years ago. I have a big, furry dog and drive with the windows down when she’s in the car. I also had the top off all summer, so it was a mess. They did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my VW Eurovan in for a full detailing. WPicked up the van and (nearly) everything looked amazing!
I had to bring the van back because the seats were clearly just surface vacuumed and I had paid for full steam clean and cloth guard treatment.
The side between the seat and wall was also not cleaned out.
Although fitting my busy schedule in with their busy schedule was a major challenge, they were super nice and willing to make it right.
The customer service level given speaks volumes. Although, it was a pain that the van was not complete the first time and had to be rescheduled and returned, their willingness to make it right, without question, was excellent.

These guys are serious hagglers. We called to get the price ($ 249) before we made our appointment, but before they even saw the condition of our vehicle they put the heavy sell on us. They were trying to sell us on all sorts of upgrade services without even inspecting our vehicle. (If they wanted more money they should have included that in the price on the phone.) We finally had to draw the line and say,“Either honor the price you quoted on the phone or we can take our business elsewhere.” So the young guy agreed to detail our car, but he kept frowning on the fact that we only wanted to spend $ 250 for a detailing. (We weren’t asking for them to remove seats or anything tricky so the price seemed fair, we just wanted the car clean enough so we could sell it.)
When we got the car back it looked clean, however it smelled like someone else’s wet dog and I mean a really stinky wet dog. The machine they used clearly had been used on a car with a dirty dog and they didn’t bother to clean the bristles before they started on my car. We never had a dog in this car before, but ever since I got my car back two months ago the very distinct wet dog smell is killing me. I have tried Ozium and febreeze but I can’t seem to get rid of the wet dog smell. It has made it a little tricky trying to sell a car that smells like a wet dog.
The only reason they get a 2 star (instead of a 1 star) is because my car looked great when I picked it up. However, this business seriously leaves something to be desired.

Pros: nice customer service and scheduling availability couldn’t have been easier. Overall a decent surface clean.
Cons: detailing was just okay. I felt they could have paid more attention to the cleaning details. There were windows that weren’t washed and obvious cracks/​crannies that hasn’t been cleaned.

I’m really picky when it comes to my cars & how they look, so this place was a great find! The pricing is reasonable, they got me in within a day, and the car looks amazing.
