Hypnotherapy will allow you, on your own terms and in your own time, to recognize and acknowledge any negative issues or destructive cellular memories that you continue to hold within through contact with your subconscious by using metaphors to release or change those issues and then replace them with positive beneficial ones which are then reinforced through repetition (recordings, self hypnosis, action).

History

Established in 2007.

My practice began in the Fall of 2007 in the session room at Easy Key to Life Hypnotherapy Institute, then located in Palo Alto, CA. Use of phone sessions then

and Skype sessions now, allow for nationwide sessions to be held.

Group relaxation sessions for anyone interested, caregivers, first responders (fire, police, rescue), and professional healthcare providers was/​is offered for a nominal fee or on

a complimentary basis. The first of these sessions was held in the Gatehouse at Fort

Mason, San Francisco. At this time, group sessions can be held at a group’s own location.

My practice has since relocated to Bellingham, WA and I am available by appointment for free initial consultations and informal educational talks regarding the history, use and advantages of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
