A delightful shop that will quickly shift your perception of how delectably indulgent specialty oils, vinegars, salts and spice rubs can be. Feel free to seriously taste everything. Dip breads and sip vinegars– $ 10 for the smallest bottle won’t seem so bad after you have flavors on your pallet you didn’t think could be attained that easily. Low key atmosphere and rotating specialty oils/​vinegars. Love the mango & green apple vinegars in cocktails and commonly pair the basil oil with grapefruit vinegar and some mustard or honey for a salad dressing. They offer a punch card that works you up to a free bottle! Ask about their bottle refill discount too!

This place is inspiring! There are so many different flavors and pairings of balsamic vinegars and olive oils. Plus they have lots of fresh and unique combinations of spices, salts and sugars. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Thank you Vira for helping us find the perfect pairings!

This place has an amazing selection of pasta, tea and oils. If you like to cook I would highly recommend this store. Plus the employees are a huge help.

I love this place! I’m obsessed with their bulk spices, sea salts, and flavored sugars. My favorites so far are the lime fresco sea salt, black truffle salt, coconut sugar, and they have a bunch of other flavors on my list to try. They put everything in giant jars and have tiny cups to taste before you commit to buying. You buy by weight and can select different sizes. The people here are super nice and helpful. This is on my list for every visit to Bellingham.

I love that you can sample any combination of oil and vinegar. It’s one thing to imagine a combination but it’s a whole different experience to actually try it!

I am from Australia and visited here a few years ago. Now I’m going back, and will buy lots of oils and vinegars. YAY!!! This time though I will put my purchases in my checked bag, not my hand luggage. Last time it was all confiscated at the airport.

The variety of culinary treats at this store do not overwhelm you because they are organized in a logical fashion. The oils and vinegars are in polished canisters, while the pastas are in visible, plastic tubs. Assistants help the clients with the pasta, so don’t be confused if you don’t see tongs or plastic bags. The staff are knowledgeable on the products and offer recipe ideas to mix tastes and experiences.

If you spend any amount of time in a kitchen, this is a haven. Looking for a host gift, look no further. Drizzle, you are a sight to behold and a flirt for the tastebuds.

I have heard wonderful things and was sold about Drizzle before stepping foot into their open and very inviting store. Walking through, still sold. The service is impeccable and outstanding. If you have questions, pipe up or listen – with a tasting in hand. Everyone working will offer great selections, however odd you may think the pairings are… tune out your mind and go with the flow.
It’s bound to be delicious. Because it really and truly is. Trust them.
After the many pairings and conversations with a couple of employees… one I think was an owner, I purchased four bottles and have been using them per their suggestions. I’m eager to try out some of their other flavors as well as pastas and will be making this a regular if not only place to purchase these specific items. The membership is highly tempting and something I will be considering after the new year.

Wow total unique experience with olive oil and vinegar taste testing with bread! My taste buds are cringing! Got to have something for my salads, marinating meats and of course good ol adobo dishes!

I could only stand tasting four of these oils. The samples are overwhelming since I don’t «drink» olive oil on a regular basis. They should be providing small pieces of bread to use to sample the products. I’ve been to other oil tasting rooms, and they provide bread. I would have loved to try more, but my mouth had had enough of drinking the oil. I will most definitely be back when they decide to add some bread to sample with.

I’ve been to chocolate tastings, wine tastings, beer tastings and even a honey tasting. But never did I imagine an olive oil and infused balsamic vinegar tasting room. Sample before you buy from what must be over a hundred naturally infused oils & vinegars. It’s overwhelming.
In the back, a room where you can book group tastings as an event. What a great idea! My taste buds were having an orgy. And the best part? You won’t break the bank if you pick up a couple of bottles. Great for gifts, (if you can part with them).
The customer service are more like tour guides, making suggestions based on what we would try.
Don’t miss this stop and bring your friends in with you!

If you’re anywhere near Fairhaven or Boulevard Park then you MUST stop into Drizzle and see what they’ve got for yourself or for gifts (they make nice gift bag presentations). Plan to be there at least half an hour testing olive oils, vinegars, and salts. They also have cheeses, olives, dried pastas, etc. The staff is really friendly and helpful. One of the fastest funnest informative-​est delicious-​est healthiest ways to drop $ 50 in Whatcom County :)
Be sure to try the fused and infused olive oils, for sure the wild mushroom sage, blood orange, tuscan herb, whole lemon. And for the vinegars, the fig balsamic is off the chain! For the salts, the smoked salts are grand.

Oh MAN. This place is so amazing! A great place for those visiting, and I’m very jealous of my friends who live in Bellingham and can just go get refills.
It was like going wine tasting, in a way. So many different combinations to try! I also really like the salt bar (and I still have some at home, so good). It’s a great place to find that olive oil that you really love (but buy a big bottle or two, because they might not have it next time you call or go in), and get inspired to make some delicious home cooked meals, or just dunk some homemade bread into that oil and vinegar.
The owners are really nice and very helpful. They make the place even more special.

Join the drizzle club if you haven’t already. I just got my first round as a new club member with blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar and empeltre olive oil with an additional 2 bottles of my choosing. 2^nd Thursday of each mouth features salad dinners with Farmers’ Market inspired salads. Can sign up for the dinners at Drizzle. Definitely a delightful place in many ways!

What a treat!!! The only thing that would make this 5 STARS… Would be to have wine served.
Their selection of balsamic vinegars are wide and tantalizing to the taste-​buds. As we tasted nearly every Olive Oil and Balsamic, we planned a menu for each. So much fun, and so many flavors!

Gave olive oils to the staff in my husband’s office at Christmas time. They raved about the different favors. I love them too. Can’t wait to try the salts. Bottles were shipped to California and arrived in perfect condition.

The most delicious vinegar in all the land! Seriously. I live in Seattle so when my stockpile of Drizzle ran out I tried going back to top shelf balsamic from the grocery but there’s no comparison. Next trip up to Bellingham I’ll be bringing in my empty bottle in for a refill.

This place is so unique! You can try tons of olive oils and balsamic vinegars with different flavors on small pieces of bread. I wanted to buy so many of these. You can use them in cooking, for dipping, etc. The staff are super friendly and willing to let you try as many as you want, as well as provide suggestions for what to do with each one. They are just so delicious.
